For users who are the authors or owners of controlled documents, request or change approvers, and managers of supplier quality.

For general users who contribute in the eQMS but are not owners of a process. Note: Arena's read-only license includes limited create and edit capability; see the checklist below.

Only able to complete training assignments by accessing their training plan, downloading files, and completing quizzes.

Permits access for named supplier users to participate in requests, changes, quality, and training.

Used for integration purposes, one license per integration.
